posture

posture is a small, always-on nudge to sit up straight. A webcam watches my posture and publishes per-state commands over MQTT to a light: green when I’m sitting well, drifting to amber and red as I slouch. It’s ambient by design — no nagging popups, just a colour in the corner of my eye.

I built it because the best habit cues are the ones you don’t have to think about. It plugs into the same MQTT light setup I use for other ambient signals around the desk.
