pi-vm is a research prototype, written in Rust, where I'm poking at program synthesis from an unusual angle: searching for programs over a structured coordinate space backed by irrational numbers. The idea is to see whether that geometry gives a useful way to navigate the space of possible programs.

It's deliberately exploratory — more "follow the strange idea and see what falls out" than product — but it's the kind of question I can't help chewing on.
