Face Finder is the tool I built to dig out from under a Comic Expo photo shoot. It imports folders of photos, scores the obvious quality problems, generates thumbnails, and lets me group shots by person — then tag each group with cosplay, character, and fandom so the keepers are actually findable later.

It's deliberately local-first: my photos never leave my machine. It even generates edited preview candidates, so triaging a few thousand frames becomes a calm afternoon instead of a dreaded chore.
