The Birdfy Client is me reclaiming my own bird-feeder camera. Instead of leaning on an always-on RTSP/RTMP cloud stream, it polls the Birdfy/Netvue camera for events locally, using API details I recovered by reverse-engineering the Birdfy Android APK.

The goal is to own the data my own hardware produces — pulling captures and events on my terms so I can do whatever I like with them, from archiving to feeding other projects. It's a Python scaffold that's already doing the useful parts.
